EEDC Outage Alert; Enugu

The management of the Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) regrets to inform it’s customers in some parts of Enugu state of a current power outage being experienced.

Reason For Outage

The outage is due to the tripping of the 330kv power line from Ikot-Ekpene which supplies the Ugwusi Transmission Station.

Areas to be Affected

The following feeders would be affected :

Amechi 33kv

Garki 33kv

Army 11kv

Garki 11kv

Statellite 11kv

Other areas to be affected include:

Achara layout

Idaw river

Agbani Rd

One day

Meniru/Mount areas

Garki market area

Entire Aninri

Awgu L.G.As

Entire Agbani town


Ozalla down to Amagunze




Date and Time of Outage

Engineering crew of the Transmission Company of Nigeria are already working on it.

EEDC assures it’s customers of power supply once the repair work is done.

EEDC also regrets the inconvenience the outage might cause it’s esteemed customers
