EKEDP Regrets The Inconvenience Caused By Prolonged Power Outages.


The Management of Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) wishes to inform all its customers feeding from the Fowler Injection substation that due to severe damage to the 33kv underground cable by LASG contractor handling beautification project along King’s way road Ikoyi, Glover, Banana road, Park view estate, Ilabere, Bourdillon road, Gerald, Queens drive, Cooper, Maroko close, Oroke drive, Okitiebor, Mullina, Club road, State house, Cameron, Lugard etc have been put on a load shedding schedule as a result of the damaged cable which needs to be replaced.

Secondly, there is also a Maroko 33kv line feeding customers in Oniru area i.e Oniru resettlement estate, market road, Integrity estate, Water cooperation road, Morinho drive, Ligali Ayorinde, Femi sule, Covenant estate, Millennium estate, Shoperite, Aboyade cole, Balarabe Musa, Etim Iyang, Muri Okunola, Ajose Adeogun road etc. Repair works are expected to be completed within the next five days.

EKEDP highly regrets the inconvenience caused by these prolonged outages.
